hotel is new, you can see , but it's not 5 star hotel as it is europe. There is a lot of work to do to reach that leve. You can start not to charging for drinks separately with meal if everything is in the price already.

The stay at Miramare exceeded our expectations! The hotel is nicely decorated, with a decadent size spa, swimming pool, sun deck and a fitness. The rooms are lovely, with very comfortable beds. We received a complimentary room upgrade, so we stayed in a much bigger room, with a wonderful sea view (beautiful sunset). The beach is just across the street, and it has a lot of natural shade (pine trees) and is child friendly (small gravel, easy access, sandy bottom). The main promenade (with all the restaurants, etc.) starts just right outside of the hotel. The hotel also provides an excellent breakfast. There are really a lot of tasty (and also) healthy options to choose from. Most of all, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everybody with whom we interacted were super pleasant (from the receptionists, waiters, cooks, cleaning ladies). They all were at our disposal. For example, my husband had to work during our stay, and he could use their conference room after the official checkout time. We could also leave the car at the hotel's parking lot after the checkout. Something the hotel should publicize more, is that they also have two charging stations for electric cars, which is just great. To sum up, the staff at the Miramare Hotel is a wonderful example of a perfect host.

Great Location. Very nice staff on Reception. Our Room was upgraded and we got 2 bottles of wine while leaving. The food offer wasn’t huge, but everything was tasty. The view from the pool is great.

It was my birthday and the staff went out of their way to upgrade our room and give us a treat that could be described as presidential. The hotel has a strategic location, in the mere center yet at the end of the promenade and it is surrounded with newly paved patio. Breakfast is rich and in line with 5star standards. Parking garage is available and both reception and dining room staff seem to be chosen on the basis of kindness and politeness towards the guest. Excellent bar on the premises with a great selection of wines.

Hotel is newly renovated with a very good mixture between old and new style. They honored the old building in a very tasteful way. Staff especially at breakfast and dinner was extraordinary nice and attentive. They even prepared me a small dinner extra because we were late. I really appreciated that. Thanks for that and please tell them! Room was with a view, calm and dark with wich I have issues in most other accommodations. Wellness area was also clean and nice. Private parking possible in garage or outside.
